Shipping Policy

Where your order ships from

Prints are produced and dispatched by theprintspace, with fulfilment facilities in the UK, Germany and the USA. Orders are routed automatically to the facility nearest the delivery address.

Import charges

Because orders are fulfilled locally, customers in the UK, EU and USA receive print-only and framed orders with no additional import charges. Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein fall outside the EU customs area and may be subject to local import duty on arrival.

Print-only delivery : charged once per order

A print-only order is charged a single delivery fee regardless of how many prints it contains, or what size they are.

Framed delivery : charged per frame

Framed prints are shipped in protective packaging sized to each frame, so delivery is charged per frame rather than per order. An order containing two framed prints is charged two delivery fees.

Orders containing both print-only and framed items are charged the print-only fee plus a fee for each frame.

Dispatch and delivery

Print-only orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Framed orders are made to order and dispatched within 5–10 business days depending on frame size. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Packaging

Prints ship in specialised mailing tubes or crush-proof flat packaging, in recycled and recyclable materials. All printing and delivery is carbon neutral.

Damaged or lost deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact me and it will be replaced at no cost.
